    Development Capability
    Hailong Technology Center has been recognized as an enterprise technology center in Jiangsu Province, with a professional research and development team. It has passed the GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and 135 patents have been applied for. Hailong successfully developed and mass-produced VVT in 2008, breaking the monopoly of the domestic VVT industry. After more than 10 years of accumulation of VVT system technology and continuous innovation and improvement, Hailong has a full range of VVT system development platforms that can synchronize forward development with customers, provide domestic reverse development and system calibration matching, and have the ability to conduct third-party VVT system testing and technical analysis support.
    Experimental Ability
    Hailong has a professional internal laboratory that has passed Geely's laboratory certification. It has more than 50 functional and performance testing equipment, which can meet the functional and performance testing requirements of design and development as well as current customers. For innovative products, Hailong will develop functional and performance testing equipment corresponding to new products based on customer requirements and product performance.
    Detectability
    The company currently has about 20 professional testing personnel and over 80 high-end precision testing equipment, which can complete comprehensive testing of dimensions, materials, performance, cleanliness, and other aspects.
    Manufacturing Capability
    • Equipment Manufacturing Capability
      Hailong has a complete equipment R&D and manufacturing team, with a production assembly and testing assembly line development cycle of 30-60 days. All production lines on the production site, including automatic assembly and testing production lines, are independently developed and manufactured by Hailong. The laboratory's specialized experimental equipment for power and performance is also independently developed and manufactured by Hailong.
    • Product Manufacturing Capability
      Hailong has mature and stable technical processes, efficient and strict on-site management, and advanced manufacturing and assembly equipment. Hailong currently has nearly a hundred various types of machine tools, which can achieve sample production and various component processing. Among them, there are 14 VCP assembly lines, 10 OCV assembly lines, and 7 electromagnet assembly lines. There are 13 fully automatic assembly lines, including two fully automatic assembly and testing lines from TEAM TECH in Germany, which meet the needs of production and research and development. The annual production capacity reaches 7 million sets.
